iO Fest Workshops
Not only is iO Fest the largest comedy festival in Chicago, it also offers you the chance to learn as much as you laugh! Running throughout the day during the entire festival weekend (Thurs July 23 to Sunday July 26), these workshops are led by headlining teams and Chicago comedy experts. Learn Chicago-Style Organic Work, UCB-style Game, Music Improv, Writing, Coaching, Podcasting, Comedy Dance, Narrative Longform, Physicality, and more!

How to get here
iO is a five minute walk from the North/Clybourn Red Line Stop and just two minutes off the 72 North Ave Bus Route. We offer no parking, but limited street parking and several pay-to-park lots are located within one block.
Food & Drink Menu
We are an all ages venue with full food and beverage service. Our bar and kitchen are open each show night at 6pm and offer delicious and affordable options before, during, and after the shows.
