Can iO Theater provide entertainment for our event?
Yes! We can create a custom show just for your team to enjoy after a long day of workshops or meetings. You can also book comics directly through iO for your event for emceeing purposes, reach out using the event inquiry form below to get started.

What catering is available?
Our venue provides full-service, on-site catering and bar services. Outside catering may be permitted with prior approval and an additional fee. Outside bar service is not allowed.
How do I load-in/load-out for my event?
Our loading dock is available for easy load-in/load-out. Our west-facing entrance on Kingsbury has a large loading ramp with retractable garage door for simple loading.

Are there time restrictions on my event?
Event rentals are typically five hours, including set-up and breakdown of your event, but additional event time can be made available. All events must end by 1 AM CST.
Is the building ADA Compliant?
Yes, the iO Theater is ADA compliant. We have ADA accessible restrooms and stages, with an elevator connecting our main floor and second floor.
Do you require special event insurance?
Yes, we do require event insurance for any events booked onsite.
What is the capacity of the full venue? Do you offer a full venue buyout?

Does iO provide any event extras?
Coat check, security, additional greeters, valet parking can all be arranged for you for additional fees
