The Lottery is the only show that combines the wisdom of improv vets and the excitement of new fresh student faces. The Lottery is a collection of students and improv alumni. One student from each level is randomly selected each month, then the collection rehearses with iOwest coaches and performs weekly. The Lottery, which started 2003, is the premiere student show at iO West. This show elevates group mind, the power of yes and support for its younger players in an attempt to mask who is veteran and who is novice. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to watch varied levels of experience all take the stage together. If you are a student this is the show you want to get involved in. If you are a registered student, then you are already eligible for selection. No further sign up is needed. You never know when your number may come up.
