Patrick Rowland
Patrick is an actor/improviser who started his training in 2008. He has completed the improv programs at iO theater, and Second City Training Centers, and is also a graduate of the writing program at Second City. He is currently enrolled in Second City’s Conservatory Program.
Patrick has performed at iO with Harold teams Hammer Time, Mrs. Dad, Den Mother and currently with pantsdotcom and in the show “My Worst First”. Patrick has also performed in festivals in North Carolina, New York and Chicago. He has done 2 revues with Second City’s Outreach and Diversity ensemble and had performed briefly with Second City’s RedCo Touring company.
When not performing at IO you can see Patrick at Chemically Imbalanced Comedy, where is also an Artistic Associate, with the house team A Dozen Red Roses, winners of the Uncle Fatty’s Improvathon competition. He also performs at the Playground Theater in Out of Character, a Timeout Magazine’s Critic’s Pick. Patrick performs around the city with independent teams Bri & Me, Barry Menilow, Here, and Podowski, as well as his 1 man show “Y Don’t U Like Me”. He also has a web series called “Obama Gets Real” at www.urbanotv.com.
