Joseph Wolff Phillips

Joseph Wolff Phillips originates from Denver where he loved dropping out of college so much, he did it twice. As the founder and first Commissioner of the Denver Kickball Coalition (DKBC) and now as an improviser in Chicago he has kept himself in a continual state of childhood. Joe currently plays the role of Counselor Japhy Whitman on the Improvised Star Trek podcast (get the app for it). He also hosts and coordinates Spitballin’, a weekly improv showcase at Quencher’s Saloon. He loves spicy food, riding his bike and alcohol.
