Registration: Frequently Asked Questions
Q. THE CLASS I WANT IS NOT LISTED ONLINE.
A. That means the class you want is closed. Please register for a different class time or call the office to be placed on a wait list. Do not register for a class you know you cannot take.
Q: I GET ALL THE WAY THROUGH REGISTRATION AND THE I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING MY CREDIT CARD IS INVALID OR TRANSACTION FAILED.
A: This happens to a handful of students every term. Nine times out of ten for what ever reason your bank has blocked the payment.
People never believe us when we ask that they call their bank but
sure enough that’s what is holding it up. Call your bank or use a
Q. I CAN’T AFFORD CLASS, WHAT THE HECK DO I DO?
A. The web portal will only accept full or half payments. If you need
to make a 1/2 payment, you will need to call the iO Training Center
one day prior to your assigned registration time to get a special promotional code to be entered when you register. The balance will be due no later than the 3rd week of class.
Q. I AM A 5B ALUM, CAN I REGISTER ONLINE?
A. The alumni code does not work for 5B classes. Please call the Training Center on the day of registration to sign up over the phone. Priority is given to students who are going through the program for the first time.
Q. WHEN WILL I GET CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION?
A. As soon as the online store gives you a confirmation number you
are CONFIRMED. We do send confirmation emails. A confirmation number
IS YOUR CONFIRMATION.
Q. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED $12 TO REGISTER ONLINE?
A. If you register with the PAYPAL BUTTON versus the regular VISA OR
MASTER CARD BUTTON, PAY PAL will charge you a $12 processing fee.
Q. WILL I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING THE CLASS I WANT IF I CALL OR COME IN?
A. Actually your chances will be slightly worse. If you come in or
call in the Training Center Staff be using the web portal to register
you. All class registration is handled via the web portal on a first
come first serve basis regardless of registration method. Best
to register your self on line.
Q. CAN I REGISTER OTHER PEOPLE?
A. Sorta. You can pay for another person’s class with your credit
card, but it must be a separate order from yours. Make one
transaction for yourself and log out, then either create an account
for that person or use their login to purchase a class in their name.
If you buy 2 of one class, it will create a space in the class with
no name attached and will be resold.
